Service Description: BizCheckup is a comprehensive and user-friendly analysis service provided by Pennington Perspective LLC ("Pennington Perspective"). This service is designed to offer entrepreneurs and small business owners a detailed assessment of their business's overall health, akin to an annual checkup for your business. The service involves a course where clients will participate, culminating in the submission of their brain dumps and SWOT analysis for review. Pennington Perspective will then analyze the provided information and furnish a prioritized roadmap that delineates immediate, short-term, and long-term recommendations.

Scope of Work: The scope of the BizCheckup service is limited to the information and materials provided by the client.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for completing the BizCheckup course and associated tasks. They must submit their results for analysis as part of the service.

Fees and Payment Terms: The fee for the BizCheckup service is $999, payable as a one-time upfront payment at the time of enrollment. If monthly installments chosen, first installment must be paid at initial checkout.

Timeline: Clients have access to the BizCheckup course for a period of six months. The goal is to provide the roadmap within 14 days of submission; however, it may take up to 30 days.

Confidentiality: Any sensitive business information provided by the client will be kept confidential. Pennington Perspective may share client experiences as testimonials, social proof, or other promotional material.

Ownership of Deliverables: The roadmap generated as part of the BizCheckup service belongs to the client once it is delivered. Pennington Perspective reserves the right to retain a copy of the roadmap indefinitely.

Termination: No refunds will be provided. If the six-month access period expires, and no results have been submitted for analysis, it will be assumed that the client no longer desires the service.

Liability and Indemnification: Pennington Perspective will not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the BizCheckup service.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona and Maricopa County.

Acknowledgment: By proceeding with the purchase of the BizCheckup service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this service agreement.
